Zellerfeld uses advanced 3D printing to craft seamless shoes in one piece using zellerFOAM®, a custom TPU blend. The interior features a parametric infill, where algorithms control density variations for targeted softness and support.

3D Foot Scan
Zellerfeld empowers personalized footwear through advanced 3D foot scanning technology. Customers use a scanner to capture a full 3D representation of the foot. This scan data is then translated into a digital foot profile, enabling the production of perfectly tailored footwear without standard sizes or compromises in fit.
Design Story
Qwavy is a 3D-printed slide, designed and modeled entirely in virtual reality using Gravity Sketch on the Meta Quest 3 headset.
This immersive process allowed for an intuitive, spatial approach to creation—free from the constraints of traditional design tools.
Once the initial form was shaped, it was optimized for 3D printing in Blender, refining the geometry and
proportions for seamless fabrication.
The surface texture was generated procedurally using Geometry Nodes, forming a ripple-inspired
pattern that flows naturally with the contours of the design.
